  2. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.
  3. CityMallIndia reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or product availability without prior notice.
  4. Errors in pricing or product information may result in order cancellation.


5. Orders and Payments

  1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  2. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation notification.
  3. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  4. CityMallIndia does not store credit/debit card details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of products.


6. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics partners.
  2. CityMallIndia is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
  3. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.


7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  1. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  2. Eligibility depends on product category, seller policies, and condition of the product.
  3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within the stipulated timeline.


8. User Conduct

  2. Product responsibility lies with the respective sellers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. CityMallIndia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.
